The digital revolution that we are living at this moment is increasing our psychological problems. Through the whole world humans have become load with tension and anxiety. Life it has been hectic, and people are using their spare time in nerve exiting entertainment by which they try to forget themselves. As each day pass, their mental problems accumulate such as family and economic problems, worries related to health issues, extreme changes of mood, dramatic changes in eating or sleeping fears, and so on. When the mind is tormented and tense, having a positive, healthy, and balanced attitude to life is impossible.

If we look with detail around the world this malaise is present on the lives of people everywhere, no distinction from more affluent or not. Countries on the East have been concerned with the inner life from the beginning of civilization. However, they have similar problems than the people from countries from the West, believing that material possession bring happiness. As we may observe, people are not able to be in balance between themselves, to live in love, friendship, cooperation, and peace with each other.

 People cannot ignore the existence of an inner life and seek only changes the outer world, such as social, economic, and political structures and the other way around. There is something missing from their lives. People need to learn how to bring inner and outer life together; learn how to bring inner and outer changes simultaneously. People is called to do these changes in the world, around the daily life and responsibilities, and social commitments and no isolated such as a monastery or retired to the mountains.

The key to resolve the problem is Meditation.
