It is a Yoga practice without moving the body. Yoga Nidra is known as the yoga of mindful sleep. It is a technique of meditation and deep relaxation that invites personal discovery.Yoga Nidra is a method that guides the practitioner to a deep state of physical, emotional and mental relaxation.

Es la practica de Yoga sin mover el cuerpo. Yoga Nidra es conocido como el yoga del sueño consciente. Yoga Nidra es un método que guía al practicante a un estado profundo de relajación física, emocional y mental. Es una tecnica de meditacion y relajacion profunda que invita al descubrimiento personal.

Yoga Nidra Classes

Yoga Nidra Basic level are enriched with physical and breathing practices before the meditation.

No experience is required.
